Here's the typical custom web site development process, but the process we follow for your web site will depend on your goals.  Let's use the process to increase our productivity but not get in our way.

Strategy & Planning Meeting - leveraging the information we exchanged, up-front thought and planning will achieve your goals as quickly and economically as possible (thinking is a good thing to ensure actions are focused in the right direction).  One of the meeting goals is to define possible phases for you to realize benefit from your new web site as quickly as possible.  Another meeting goal is on the long term maintenance of the site.  Take away actions:
• you should begin working on the text or content of your site - what you want the site to say
• Legal Firm Web Host prototypes your site's look-and-feel and functionality (including various options) - a sketch of your site to speed our design discussions

5. Web Site Design Meeting - discuss the specifics of the design of your site.  This is done separately from our Strategy & Planning meeting so we can focus the meeting on your specific needs.   Take away actions:
• you should continue working on the site content.  Please note, that with Legal Firm Web Host solutions, you do not need to have all your content finished before making your web site available to the world.
• Legal Firm Web Host will begin develop the look-and-feel and functionality of your site (the results will depend on whether we will be developing the site in phases)
• note:  discussion on your web site is not limited to these defined meetings.  The defined meetings are set to quickly cover a lot of ground as efficiently as possible.  Informal communication will occur to ask/answer questions, provide additional information, get opinions, etc.

6. Web Site Refinement Meetings - refining aspects of the look-and-feel and functionality of your web site.  The agenda and the number of these meetings depend heavily on the goals of your site and our execution plan.
